By accessing or using BIAS KOREA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who Can Use the Service
The Service is available to users of all ages. However, users under 13 must have parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant BIAS KOREA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes on any third party's rights.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) harass, threaten, or harm other users; (b) post spam or misleading information; (c) impersonate others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.

All content provided by BIAS KOREA (K-Guide articles, design, logos) is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIAS KOREA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
